Samantha was born and raised in Northern Arizona, where she studied Political Science and Economics at Northern Arizona University. In 2010, she accepted a Legislative Internship with the Arizona State Supreme Court. During her first Legislative session, she focused on Immigration and Budget and confronted some of the largest budget cuts in Arizona history.
After leaving the Supreme Court, Samantha worked as a grant writer and program developer with various governmental and non-profit agencies. In 2013, she shifted her focus to Federal Affairs, primarily working on natural resource and tribal issues including education, radiation exposure, and water rights, both building relationships and successfully advancing Federal legislation for her clients.
